Charming atmosphere with a lovely rooftop terrace.
My experience at Casa de Pito was surprisingly disappointing. The room was uncomfortably small and the bathroom situation was awkward. a separate closet for the shower and toilet felt cramped. There was no hot water for the sink the entire stay, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the balcony was merely a narrow ledge with no view to speak of, and the climb up the steep stairs with luggage was exhausting.

I had such a lovely time at Casa De Pita! The bedroom was a cozy retreat with a king-size bed that ensured a restful sleep. Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which was uniquely different daily. Plus, the rooftop terrace with stunning views was an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the bustling streets below.
The narrow spiral staircase was a bit tricky at night.

Beautiful spot with a fun vibe!
The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect right in the heart of everything. I loved how beautiful the place was, too! Just a heads-up though, it gets loud at night with street festivities. I barely slept, so if you're sensitive to noise, maybe ask for a quieter room. Breakfast was tasty, so that was a win!

The king suite offers a cozy retreat with its spacious layout, even if it means navigating through a narrow spiral staircase. The small balcony, high above the street, provides a unique view of the vibrant street life below, making it an engaging spot to enjoy breakfast or unwind after a day of exploring.
While the atmosphere has character, the living room's dark and uninviting appearance did not offer much comfort. The nightly commotion from groups of costumed students performing beneath the balcony can be charming at first but quickly turns noisy, especially since they parade past every 15 minutes from 7:30 to 11:00 PM. The narrow staircase can be a bit tricky, especially for late-night trips to the bathroom, which is inconvenient when descending in the dark. Breakfast is tasty but lacks ample portions. for example, a one-egg omelette just doesn't cut it after a long day.

I absolutely loved the charming dining spots nearby like Yutzil Restaurante, where the local flavors really shine! Plus, the awesome staff and prime location made evenings extra enjoyable with a drink on our balcony watching the Mariachi parade. What a vibe!
However, I would say navigating the narrow spiral staircase to our room was a bit tricky, especially at night. And while breakfast was decent, I could've used a little more on my plate than just a one-egg omelette!

The King Room with Balcony was super cozy. The king-size bed was a dream, really comfy for getting good sleep after exploring. The stylish vibe made it feel unique and authentic. Plus, the nightly street music was such a bonus! The only tricky part was the narrow spiral staircase. it was a bit of a challenge, especially at night. But overall, the room's charm totally made up for it!
